Welcome
The idea of wholisticly (holisticly) running a business or, for that matter, any type of organization, may it be revenue driven or not, is quite old. The application of the related wisdom however lacks implementation in our current daily life.
Why is that so? Is it even important to look at things in a different way? Aren't there already one thousand and one ways to run a business which sure should be enough?!
Well, my experience shows that the current way we run our businesses and organizations, as successful as it may seem on first impression, is not all that beneficial. Sure, in the short run, we make profits and more profits, companies consolidate and merge, grow larger and globalisation is literally present all over the world and all is good and great. Is it?
I don't think so and I believe there is much room for improvement, that will make our world a better place for us and our children. And I truly believe this is not only a moral obligation but a business obligation. One that is not only financially and strategically viable but more so even necessary and called for, if we want to survive in these ever faster changing times!
I'll keep you posted!
